DAI SONG
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Dai Song began his career at State Street Bank & Trust in Boston in 1984 handling custody services for Institutional Liquid Assets– Goldman Sachs, until 1986 when he began working in Institutional Real Estate Development & Management in the Boston area. In 1991, he returned to Malaysia and worked as a consultant for Arthur Andersen & Co. until he left to form private companies in the telecom and IT sectors. As a serial entrepreneur in 1997, Mr. Song started Bru-Haas and in 2020 co-founded Leet Technology Inc.. We believe that Mr. Song brings to the Board extensive telecom, finance, and business experience and knowledge in the South East Asia region.

Jayaisvaran Muruhan
Interim Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Jayaisvaran brings 8 years of practical experience in the accounting field, during which he has successfully managed the financial aspects of organizations while prioritizing adherence to audit standards. With a strong focus on financial audits and ensuring accurate and transparent financial reporting, he consistently upholds high standards of financial integrity. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from Multimedia University, Cyberjaya, Malaysia, further bolstering his qualifications and expertise in the field.

Daniel Pacheco
Chief tecHNOLOGY Officer

Mr. Daniel began his career as a Software Engineer in 2014, going on to graduate with First-class Honors in Computer Science from Birmingham City University, England as well as joining Xendity, a fintech startup, in 2017 where he went on to successfully develop a fraud-detection system using machine learning models and algorithms. Daniel brings years of experience in Software Development and IT project management to the team and has an excellent track record of building cross-functional teams and architecting scalable and secure systems from the ground up.

Ms. Kimberley received her Honours Degree in Bachelor of Laws from Cardiff University, United Kingdom. The Company relies on her strategic counsel as she brings a wealth of legal expertise to the Leet Group. With a career marked by versatility and a keen understanding of the technology sector, Kimberley navigates the complexities of the legal landscape, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of ethical business conduct.
