(OTCQB : LTES), a global leading esports gaming platform provider, announced that the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on October 21, 2022 declared effective the Registration Statement on Form S-4 (the “Registration Statement”) filed with the SEC in connection with the Redomicile Transaction. Leet Technology Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Leet”) would merge into LEET Inc., currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of Leet incorporated under the laws of the BVI (“Leet BVI”), with Leet BVI being the surviving company. The ordinary shares will continue to list on OTCQB under the same symbol “LTES”.
